We are pleased to announce that the XIX European Symposium on 'Quality of Eggs and Egg Products' and the XXV European Symposium on 'Quality of Poultry Meat' will be held on 7-9 September 2023 in Krakow, Poland.
Both events, organized jointly by the Working Groups 4 and 5 of the European Federation of WPSA, will offer many opportunities to exchange recent advances, hot topics and upcoming challenges in the fields of the quality aspects of poultry meat, eggs and their products.
The host city Kraków, as the most recognizable town in Poland, provides excellent opportunities not only for gathering and knowledge exchange but also for behind-the-scenes experiences.
