Embryo Diagnosis

Conducting egg breakouts can be a great tool to determine the embryo developmental stage and possible causes why the egg did not hatch.
This presentation gives a clear guidance on how to recognize the developmental stages of the embryo and the most likely factors contributing to the losses at these stages. This will help you to identify and investigate key area at farm or hatchery where the losses were incurred and implement corrective actions.

Scott graduated from the University of Arkansas in 2004 with a B.S. in Poultry Science. After college, he began working in the Cobb-Vantress hatcheries. He was the Assistant Manager and Hatchery Manager in all three hatcheries in Arkansas. In 2014 he was promoted to Senior Hatchery Manager. He then worked for three years as the Production Manager in Arkansas with Grandparents. He joined the World Technical Support Team in in 2018.
