Scott graduated from the University of Arkansas in 2004 with a B.S. in Poultry Science. After college, he began working in the Cobb-Vantress hatcheries. He was the Assistant Manager and Hatchery Manager in all three hatcheries in Arkansas. In 2014 he was promoted to Senior Hatchery Manager. He then worked for three years as the Production Manager in Arkansas with Grandparents. He joined the World Technical Support Team in in 2018.
